Bol is a touristy town on the Croatian island of Brač, off the coast of Split. It's known for the long uniquely-shaked Zlatni Rat beach, the Dragon’s Cave that contains a 15th-century chapel with carved wall details, the Blaca Hermitage built into a steep cliff, the 15th-century Dominican Monastery that houses Croatian Baroque paintings, and Vidova Gora mountain that offers panoramic views of the coast.
