Things to do in Ontario | Canada

Dundas Peak is a small, rocky outcropping above Tews Falls that offers a scenic lookout of the towns and the waterfalls below. It is accessible by the Tews Falls & Dundas Peak Trail in the Spencer Gorge area. The 1.8 km loop trail starts near the Parking Lot for Tews Falls.

In recent years, Dundas Peak has become a popular spot among hikers and photographers for the quintesential cliff-edge snapshots and selfies. The Hamilton Conservation Authority reminds visitors to stay away from the edge at the Dundas Peak after a fatal accident in 2019.

Advance reservation for a two-hour timed slot is required to visit Dundas Peak / Tew Falls and Webster Falls. Reservations can be made up to one week and up to midnight the day prior to your visit. No same-day reservations will be permitted. Reservation fee is $10 per booking and there is a separate entrance fee per vehicle or per person.
