Named after a Hindu temple in the Himalayas, this Nepalese restaurant is a small and unassuming restaurant located behind the market stalls of Temple Street. The popular dishes are Nepalese thali sets with a choice of mutton, chicken, fish or veg. At a cost of$70-$100 HKD per set, you get to taste a bit of everything - curry, creamy black dahl, rice, and spicy fermented vegetable pickle, all served on a conveniently segmented metal tray. The restaurant also has good vegetarian options and tasty Lassi shakes.
