The Seine River flows right through the heart of Paris bordering 10 of the 20 arrondisements. Take a boat ride down the river and you can see many of the iconic Parisian sites from a different angle. There are also 32 bridges on the river, some of them more impressive than others. The Oldest bridge is the Pont Neuf which has been immortalized by artists and poets and even 20th century films. Another popular bridge is the Pont Des Arts, which was once a place where love birds could express their eternal love by attaching metal locks to the bridge but it is no longer possible to do so today.
