Terhune Orchards is a family, owned and operated 200-acre farm in Princeton, NJ. The Mount Family is the 10th generation of farmers in central New Jersey and have been at its current location for over 40 years providing fresh fruits and vegetables as well as a community destination. Terhune Orchards is recognized by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection as a sustainable farm. It grows over 46 different crops and many varieties within those crops, everything from apples to zucchini. 

Pick Your Own is available April - October with strawberry, blueberry, apple picking, pumpkin picking and more.  Customers are also welcome to visit the farm animals and children’s play area. The farm also runs field trips, children’s education programs and summer camps to share with young ones what farming is all about and where food comes from. Traveler Notes

Great orchards for apple picking. No entrance fee and you pay for what you pick ($2/lb). They grow almost every type of apples here but depends on the week, only a few selected types are ready for harvest. We were lucky to catch the season of early Fuji which is our favorite type for snacking.
