More than half year since my last flight! I was so glad to be in the airport and onboard an airplane. The vibe is totally different from before, but glad to see people are starting go back to normal activities. This pandemic too shall pass!!
Tokyo! The big city vibe lured me for a moment before I decided that mid-size cities, such as Fukuoka just suit me better 😂
These amazing dishes are made by chef Yosuke Murata! The Takikomi Gohan is my personal favorite. Easiest way to describe the taste is probably: Japanese style Paella. It was a fun night meeting new friends and trying various Japanese sake 💖
Chatei Hatou is an amazing coffee shop in Shibuya. Their coffee is great, the chiffon cake is also delicious, and the shop ambience elevates the experience. Will definitely come back when we’re in Tokyo
High quality all-you-can-eat shabu shabu and sukiyaki at Marunouchi area.
Had lunch and tea time at Scramble Square. I must admit that shopping experience in Tokyo is unbeatable. The layers of shops and all those things you can’t find in smaller cities. It feels like exploring a huge museum.
Home sweet home! I missed waiting for the underground train to depart, seeing empty seats and listening to people chatting happily instead of looking at their phones with gloomy face.
