First official Thai Noodles for this trip. Arriving Bangkok was exciting - and all that’s in our head was food. We rushed to what’s readily available at the airport - and this noodle soup was a delicious entry for this trip!
Arriving Bangkok on a midday makes you want to rest a bit - not to mention the weather is a bit humid. We wanted to freshen up a bit and while we opted to explore the city the next day - we still can’t help but explore the flavors of Bangkok. We ended up at Starbucks and had a warm welcome of our favorites lattes!
Good morning Bangkok

The tallest building in Bangkok - King Mahanakhon Tower
There’s always the kindness of a stranger.
We met Nana after our tour at King MahaNAkhon Tower at Chong Nonsi Station. Since we wanted to experience Bangkok public transportation, we opted to ride the BTS Skytrain (Silom Line). As tourists as we are, we find it challenging to get to the closest station where our hotel is located.
Nana was so generous enough to show us how to get the ticket, ride the train and even have to leave her group just to show us our drop off area at Asok station.
Thank you Nana for showing us the Thai hospitality. You just made our Bangkok experience really worth it. #KhopKhunKrub
What’s noteworthy of this experience is that me and a friend walked a three kilometer distance just to find ourselves failed to experience authentic Thai massage - just because all of the premium massage places that we’ve checked out were full or either close. So, rather than get frustrated for failed massage experience we rather wanted to eat instead. Well, how could be frustrated if every dish that were serve is a gastronomic delight. As they say, if you wanted to experience the scrumptious heart of a Thai cuisine, then taste it to the streets #thai #food #bangkok
