First stop on our road trip through my alarm. Sleepy little town that was beautiful. The only place open was Moli Onte. We stopped you and got a coffee and an omelette
So I can stop on our trip. All, I must laugh at 8 AM but still enjoying beautiful little town. It’s amazing the pool that was breathtakingly beautiful. Walked around here quickly to look at some of the old homes
One of the most beautiful beaches. We spent some time here relaxing and taking in the view. We parked On the side of the interstate which apparently I’m not supposed to do. However, we did make down to the beach after going down a very steep, Rocky winding path. Apparently, there is parking up the road that we missed with easier access to the beach. There is also a restaurant on the beach. however, we didn’t see those prior to leaving and heading to Stark Grad, but it would have been a great option!
You could absolutely get lost in the streets here
Great Lunch spot, right on the marina. Got the goat cheese, caprese salad, fish carpaccio and grilled squid.
The plan was to go the castle, right on the square afterwards but it is closed from 1:30 to 6. However, The pictures online look amazing
Do you know, the guy that we rented our car from highly recommend this winery in jelsa. Although the wine was pretty good, we got bamboozled into thinking that this winery I had an amazing view. It was also a very hilarious experience as we were the only ones there and I decided to put my own dessert wine back in a while. I immediately regretted it and tried to put it back in the bottle as we heard you’re coming down the stairs. This didn’t work, so I just chugged an extra class of dessert wine And while she was explaining to us what type of wine we were tasting, Prescott burst out into laughter. She looked very confused then and when we asked for an additional glass of wine so we could go and look at the view (which she obviously knew there was none
Beautiful place to watch the sunset.
We stumbled on this place while walking around the old town at night before. The host/husband of the chef was very enthusiastic and immediately captured our attention. We had to come back here to try things out. The host/husband of the chef was very enthusiastic and immediately captured our attention. We had to come back here to try things out. Their menu has four items on it including Goat cheese items (which they milk their own goats, all 9 of them) and their own homemade white wine. This was one of the best experiences we had in Croatia. We were essentially sitting in their family home having them cook for us. It was an amazing meal and even better experience.
It was cold and rainy for our last morning in Hvar. So Prescott worked and I slept in. We also had to figure out to ferry situation for the rest of the trip, which was a hassle very doable, with contacting our Airbnb host and looking online. We’re catching the Ferry to Vela Luka in Korcula so, we had to go down to Marina (through the tiny, stair ridden streets in the rain with our bags). It was a hilarious mess
I had skittles and pizza for breakfast so I went with a salad 🤣Pres got the PB acai bowl and the toast alla chef.
Transfer from Korcula to Orebic via Ferry
Cookie + mint chip and something else
Right on the square where St. Ignatius church is. Pizza with prosciutto and macaroni with prosciutto and mushrooms
While we were here, there was a couple from California who put on a piano show !
Did this with explore Dubrovnik. Guide: Robert
Didn’t get to get on this island. It’s small but I wish we would have. Below this island/cliffs is an amazing hidden cave
This island is amazing. I wish we would have stayed one night on here. Can only use gulf carts to get around. Botanical gardens
Bought the bottle of wine here.
