Took a bus to a country home. 5 buildings very small on 10 acres walls 2 feet thick built 350 years ago they rolled dough made of water flour salt and topped it with Swiss char onions and garlic. Topped with another dough. Cooked on the floor hot stone and covered with coals. Cooked about 20 minutes. Topped with olive oil and garlic. Called Soprnik Very good. Served wine and full meal. Amazing people with minimal means our guide was Bobo amazing. He was the owner of the farm. Inherited from his grandfather.
