You can see Tokyo Tower, and shibuya from the the window of my hotel, The Westin Hotel. It’s beautiful at night!
Blah blah blah
Secret location for a great view of Shibuya crossing. It’s near the station in a office building...You have to take the elevator up to the top floor. I’m not sure what time it closes but I went up there around 10pm. You can see shinjuku in the far distance as well.
First meal in Japan. Right next to shibuya station. It’s a little hidden but you won’t be disappointed once you find it. Good cheap eats spot. Izakaya style restaurant.
Breakfast in my hotel. Japanese breakfast are the best and very different from What I’m used to in America. I had three full plates. I was so stuffed that I had to take a nap after and before my day started.
Randomly came across this cool (and weird) comic book store. It had everything you want manga, posters, action figures, Pokémon cards, vintage and new toys, etc. it’s a few floors down so be careful walking down the steps. There is also a great crepes spot right next door. Highly suggest visiting even if you aren’t interested in manga. Really cool to see.
Beams is one of my favorite brands. I visited the women’s store just see. One thing I love about japan is the displays in the stores....the minimalist style with a very acute attention to details.
Beginning of January are when the sales start
switched rooms at my hotel...new view from my new room. wish I didn’t switch as the view in the older room was better
Some of the best food I had in Japan. Soooo good. This is a must go to place. One thing I’ve noticed is the food is relatively cheap in Japan (compared to NYC)
