S.S. Badger Lake Michigan Carferry Service
Boarding the SS Badger. I booked a stateroom on the first crossing so I could get some sleep. The trip was a bit rough but I managed to nap for most of the trip.

Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore
It was a rainy day to explore Sleeping Bear Dunes but it was still breathtaking.

It stopped raining just long enough for me to take a hike thru the forest to the lakeshore. Still spectacular despite the heavy clouds and threats of more rain.

Homeward bound too soon. The voyage back to Wisconsin was definitely challenging but I managed to eat breakfast and keep it down.
