We came late at night so it was hard to see the Empire State Building when we first drove past it. This was the first time I saw the building in real life in day time. It was so cool and I still remember the feeling. We ate breakfast at Wendy’s for the first time and it was okay!
This was the first time I experienced the Times Square. It was very hectic and busy but that’s expected. It was an experience and there was a lot to look at in every direction.
For as long as I can remember, I would watch movies set in New York and they would go to Central Park. It looked so cozy and wonderful. It was definitely better than I had imagined. I got to meet a lot of friendly animals and got to stroll through Central Park with crunchy autumn leaves under my feet. Maybe the best experience I had on this trip, at least in the top 2.
It was awesome finally seeing the Grand Central Terminal, NYC. There was a lot of Christmas decorations, which I loved. Truly a must-visit if you want to get the whole New York City experience.
Got to see a classic, yellow American school bus. Thought I’d snap a pic. ;)
Went up in the Empire State Building, the view was truly beautiful and better than I thought. Would go there and see that view again in a heartbeat. It was fantastic and a classic thing to do while visiting NYC. It was a magic experience. If you can, go there sometime. You won’t regret getting to see that view at night.
2nd time visiting Times Square, this time at night. It was a little different experience when it was dark outside. There was a lot of lights and people. Though, very beautiful and iconic.
Had to go to IHOP and try a pancake (or 5🙈) for breakfast. It was good and I had never tried their pancakes before. I would recommend!
A very emotional visit and place to be. I love the look of the new building. I got a chance to visit the memorial museum as well. It did get me to fell a tear or two. But it was very educational and I recommend everyone to visit the museum. It was beautiful.
First time seeing the Statue of Liberty up close!! I loved the experience. I liked taking the ferry over and looking around on the island. Of course, I couldn’t leave NYC w/o seeing her. I unfortunately did not get a chance to look at the view from her crown. But it was okay, because I got to see her and it was a very fun experience.
A huge Christmas tree and big decorations are right up my alley. I love Christmas and all of the coziness that comes with it. I wanted to visit NYC especially around December and Christmas just because of the tree and all decorations.
