Changi has to be one of the nicest and most efficient airports in the world. Not the worst place to have a long layover with their great food court and children play areas. In fact, it has been rated best airport in the world by Skytrax for seven years in a row since 2013.

Hainan Chicken Rice is my favorite Singaporean dish and the national staple dish (along with Laksa). You can find "chicken rice" as it is called in almost every local food court. Delicious!
Ion orchard mall’s food court is considered one of the best and clean indoor food courts.
